Group projects in the Table view: clarity above all!
You said it, we heard it: “It's difficult to find your way around when there are a lot of projects” or “Could I freeze a column?”
You can now organize and visualize your projects in a structured way, grouped by Program, Weather or Team in demand - the choice is yours!
👉 Tip : Remember to save your view. And the cool thing is that the group's choice is applied to the presentation view!
Aligning through the strategic plan
We may be super effective, have well-established rituals, communicate regularly, work hard... but if you don't all go in the same direction it may not be it...
That's why we want to bring the strategic plan to AirSaas. A strategic plan that is:
- Clear, because everything that is well designed is clearly defined, right?
- Transparent, because without transparency there is no commitment
- Reachable, because you quickly go in the wrong direction... Remind yourself from time to time where you are going and why it feels good
The strategic plan on AirSaaS is divided into 3 parts:
- The Leader vision: why do we do this, where do we want to go
- The goals of the organization: what we need to do to have an impact, how to measure our success
- The syllabuses : operational version of how we plan to get there
And as it may seem a bit abstract, we did the exercise for our company: here is what it looks like.

Your feedback, our inspiration
We can't repeat it enough: your feedback and experience guide us in our quest for continuous improvement. To illustrate this here is a short story.
At the end of last year a user asked us “why do you continue to show the weather forecast on the portfolio view even though the project is over? It's weird.”
“Yes indeed” I answered 😅... We had never asked ourselves this...
So here's what we said: “we are going to remove the weather on completed projects”. But let's go further. In order to lighten the project page, let's hide the weather block when it is in frame, because at first glance we don't need it at this point in the project.
On dev, on release and... a few days later, two users contact us “Where did the weather go? On some projects whose scoping is quite long, we need to follow the progress of the weather during the scoping phase”... Damn we went too fast.
4 days later we release a new version:
⟶ By default, no weather while scoping: the project page is clearer ✅
⟶ An option to activate it easily: follow the weather forecast for projects with a long scoping phase✅
We wouldn't have found that by ourselves :) Thank you 🙏
