In February, we're not sitting around at AirSaas, and as usual, we're excited to share with you two new features that should make your life easier (no less). So, here's what we've cooked up for you this month:
We know that the key to a successful project is communication. And for many of you, Teams has become the central space where everything happens. So why not bring AirSaas directly into your Teams discussions?
Connecting your AirSaas project to your Teams channel is allowing all users who are not on AirSaas to follow the progress of the project (decision to be taken, change of weather, delay of a milestone, etc.).
A message is posted on the AirSaas project → a post pop up directly on the Teams channel
To create this magic bridge between AirSaas and Teams, nothing is more simple:
Integration → Connect the application (⚠️ you have to be admin on both tools)
For each project to be synchronized, create a workflow from your project page by choosing the Teams channel (⚠️ only AirSaas admins/ambassadors can do this)
Purists will say “we've been able to do this for a long time.” Yes but now it's official, no longer hidden in a corner of the app... and above all it's the start of a new dynamic!
We are going to create a work group to design all future synchronizations between AirSaas and Teams
